Dr. Laura Kincheloe, Ed.D., MSN, RN, NE-BC is an accomplished nursing and healthcare leader with over a decade of experience in acute care and education. As a Director of Nursing Practice, she is passionate about mentoring frontline leaders and modernizing nursing practice to better support healthcare professionals across Texas.

Elaina Diaz brings more than 20 years of nursing experience and currently serves as Director of Nursing Professional Development at the Texas Nurses Association. Certified in Nursing Professional Development and Medical-Surgical Nursing, Elaina leads statewide education and mentorship initiatives and is a PhD student researching how caregiving impacts nurses pursuing doctoral education.
